Fusor® 231 sound dampening material is a full-bodied, two-component urethane product used to reduce noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) in all types of dampening applications.
Fusor 231 sound dampening material is ideal for placement between outer skins and inner structure.
NVH Reduction – reduces noise, vibration and harshness; replaces OEM NVH materials for optimum sound and vibration control.
Excellent Appearance – provides flexible seal with no shrinkage or read through; non-expanding.
Versatile – can be used between roof bows and roof skin, door skin and intrusion beam, quarter panel and inner structure, hood and deck lid skins.
Extended Work Time – allows for use on repairs where more time is required.
Non-Sag – remains in position when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces.
Excellent Adhesion – provides excellent adhesion to metal, e-coat, and existing NVH materials
